The team from Maxwell is heading to Melbourne in July for an exclusive dining experience in collaboration with Auterra, on 8 July.
Auterra is the intimate Armadale wine bar by Clinton Mciver, chef and owner of three-hatted fine diner Amaru. Chefs from 4 hatted Maxwell Restaurant, led by Executive Chef Fabian Lehmann and Head Chef Matt Rodgers are joining the team from Auterra to present a thoughtfully crafted, seasonally driven menu carefully paired with Maxwell Wines.
Hosted by Jeremy and Luke, guests will be the first to try the 2026 releases of Grenache Blanc and Fiano, as well as the limited vintage release of 2025 Tiers of Wisdom Grenache.
Auterra is a small space, and tickets are limited.
